I would like to give this company a -5. I never received it!!! It was suppose to be delivered on December 1. It is now December 23 and according to the post office it was delivered two hours away from where I live. It is creepy someone else has custom house print with my relatives name and address. I reached out to Welham daily to do something. It was obvious something was wrong when my package was traveling all over the state and then for over week was sitting in a small town. I asked them to reach out to their shipping or recreate the gift and send me a new one. They refused. I have never been so frustrated with an online gift in my life! Obviously I have no Christmas gift . I thought this would be a star! I still don’t have it resolved. There response to everything was it is in transit. It is not in transit anymore and nothing has been resolved.

Honestly, I am not impressed. The pc does not look like it was hand painted by an artist. It looks like they just added a photoshop filter for watercolor over the photo I sent and then printed it out. Seems cheap.
I would not order again. I could just do this myself with a filter.

They created the proof very quickly, within a day or two after ordering, and then shipped the framed art promptly. However, at the same time of the order, I purchased the mug with the same photo. It has not come, and after several correspondences with the company, it is still uncertain as to when or if it is coming.
